Work with diverse and talented Associates **Job Description:** The Benefits Manager works closely with the P\&O teams and areas such as Payroll, Finance, and Legal to ensure the effective implementation and administration of benefits programs. They maintain ongoing communication with external providers and insurance broker. Their work directly influences the employee’s experience and the Mars reputation as an employer, serving as a key reference point in strategic decision\-making related to compensation and well\-being.
