TOWER ASSISTANT

Description

Job Objective Provide operational and technical support for the installation, maintenance, inspection, and dismantling of telecommunications equipment and structures on towers, ensuring compliance with the company's established safety and quality procedures. Main Responsibilities * Assist in installation and maintenance work on telecommunications towers. * Support the assembly and disassembly of antennas, radios, cabling, and equipment. * Perform loading, unloading, and organization of tools and materials. * Assist in visual inspections of structures and equipment. * Maintain a clean and orderly workplace. * Comply with safety regulations for working at heights. * Use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly. * Support maneuvers and operational activities assigned by the tower leader or supervisor. * Prepare basic activity reports when required. * Availability for travel and fieldwork. Requirements Education * Completed secondary education or technical high school (preferred). Experience * Experience in working at heights, telecommunications, construction, or installations is desirable. * Basic knowledge of tool handling and safety equipment is desirable. Knowledge * Basic use of hand and electric tools. * Basic knowledge of safety standards. * Working at heights (preferred). * Basic knowledge of cabling and telecommunications equipment. Skills * Teamwork. * Responsibility and commitment. * Good physical condition. * Ability to follow instructions. * Proactivity. * Attention to safety. Additional Requirements * Flexible schedule availability. * Travel availability. * No objection to working at heights. * Driver's license (preferred).
