




Position Summary: We are seeking an HR professional with experience in recruitment, branch coordination, indicator analysis, and personnel administration to manage the company’s human capital. Experience * 3 years of experience in Human Resources. * Experience in operational and administrative recruitment. * Handling of HR indicators. * Coordination or support to multiple branches. * Main Responsibilities: * **Recruitment and vacancy coverage** * Ensuring coverage of administrative and operational vacancies across assigned branches. **Branch coordination** * Providing direct personnel-related support to assigned branches. * Coordinating with supervisors and operational managers. * Monitoring staffing needs and supporting resolution of labor incidents. **Analysis and monitoring of Human Capital indicators** * Monitoring and analyzing key indicators: * Employee turnover * Absenteeism * Exit interviews * Workplace climate * Preparing reports and improvement proposals for the Human Resources Management team. **Personnel administration** * Supervising compliance with and compilation of employee files. * Tracking and controlling payroll-related incidents. * Supporting calculation and validation of data for the payroll process. **Training and development** * Monitoring adherence to the monthly training schedule. * Supporting onboarding processes for new hires. * Posting and promoting job openings on social media and employment platforms. * Conducting initial interviews and tracking the selection and hiring process. * Supporting onboarding and follow-up for staff assigned to new services.
