Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to supervise teams, ensure quality standards and process compliance, and prepare progress and results reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. Equipment supervision and quality standards assurance. 2. KPI and internal process monitoring. 3. Preparation of progress and results reports. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field * Intermediate Office Suite proficiency * Knowledge of Telecommunications * Field and office work experience * Valid driver's license * Standard vehicle operation capability **Responsibilities:** * Supervise team work regarding punctuality, safety, and hygiene; ensure quality standards and task compliance * Prevent, and if necessary, request correction of any deviation from the scope of work * Monitor KPIs * Ensure compliance with internal processes * Prepare progress and results reports * Follow up on departmental requests * Track objectives across various departments * Monitor departmental performance Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
