A prominent specialized services company is looking for a **Medical Services Coordinator** to lead on-site health and wellness operations within a world-class automotive sector facility. **What will you be doing?** * **Medical Leadership:** Serve as the highest authority responsible for on-site medical services. * **Prevention and Safety:** Conduct operational inspections to identify and mitigate occupational hazards. * **Clinical Management:** Maintain medical records, ensure timely detection of pathologies, and manage public health emergencies. * **Training:** Develop instructional materials and deliver training to personnel on health, safety, and environmental topics (EHS). * **Regulatory Compliance:** Expert handling of official IMSS forms (**ST7, ST2, and ST8**). **What are we looking for?** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Medicine (degree certificate and professional license mandatory). * **Specialization:** Preferred: diploma or specialization in Occupational Medicine / Occupational Health. * **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years in industrial environments (automotive industry preferred). * **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in STPS regulations and IMSS-related procedures. * **Skills:** Strong sense of urgency, team leadership capabilities, and excellent communication skills. **What do we offer?** * **Monthly Salary:** $16,000.00 to $21,000.00 (based on experience). * **Employment Type:** Full-time. * **Work Environment:** Employment at one of the most modern and dynamic industrial facilities in San Luis Potosí. * Statutory benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
