Description
**What will you do?**
Lead the planning to coordinate and establish operational inventory levels by plant and region, ensuring alignment with divisional objectives in customer service and working capital management. Optimize product availability in a multi\-location, global distribution environment, utilizing comprehensive supply chain knowledge and production control techniques to create production plans that meet marketing forecasts and plant capabilities.

* Develop and implement inventory management strategies that align with customer service goals and working capital requirements.
* Analyze sales forecasts and production capabilities to create effective production schedules across multiple locations.
* Utilize supply chain management tools and techniques to monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability.
* Collaborate with cross\-functional teams, including manufacturing, logistics, and marketing, to align production plans with demand.
* Implement best practices in inventory control to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to inventory management and production efficiency.
* Continuously assess supply chain processes and recommend improvements to enhance performance.
**What are we looking for?**
**Required**
* University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* A minimum of six years of experience in supply chain management, production planning, or related fields.
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in inventory management systems.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast\-paced, team\-oriented environment.
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey ideas and strategies clearly.
**Preferred**
* Advanced knowledge of MRP and ERP systems.
* APICS Certification (CPIM or CSCP) is a plus.
