We are seeking a **Demand Planner**. **What will you do?** * The Demand Planner will be responsible for managing demand forecasting and supply execution across our internal supply chain. * You will monitor forecast accuracy, on-time delivery, and inventory turnover across various finished goods categories. * This role is critical to achieving higher service levels by improving demand forecast accuracy and collaborating with sales and marketing teams based on data analysis. **How will you do it?** * Maintain demand forecasts through regular reviews and analyses of actual demand, sales data, and stockouts to validate forecast requirements in support of the business. * Conduct monthly demand reviews with the sales team across a variety of customers and product categories. * Drive collaborative planning with customers, ensuring adherence to the monthly review cycle and addressing key topics and upcoming demand changes. * Load demand data into the ERP system and monitor changes, focusing on new product demand while maintaining regular communication with the sales team. * Analyze forecast performance metrics to measure accuracy, assess bias, and identify root causes of variances. * Support global initiatives to standardize, simplify, and align demand planning processes across entities under your responsibility. **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. * More than 3 years of experience in demand planning or a similar role. * Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis and forecasting tools. * Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on collaboration. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple tasks. **What do we offer?** * Comprehensive benefits package. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * An inclusive and supportive work environment. * Commitment to work-life balance and employee well-being. * Involvement in meaningful projects that make a difference. **Johnson Controls does not require pregnancy or HIV testing as a condition for hiring, continued employment, or promotion,** in accordance with its commitment to equal employment opportunity and non-discrimination.
