Position Summary: We are seeking an organized and proactive Human Resources Assistant to support administrative and operational processes, ensuring proper file control and candidate follow-up. Active participation in onboarding of new employees We seek an **organized and proactive Human Resources Assistant** who supports the HR department’s administrative and operational processes, ensuring file control, candidate follow-up, and personnel administration support. Responsibilities: * Support in **recruitment and selection of operational and administrative staff** * Posting job vacancies on **Indeed, Computrabajo, Facebook, and other job boards** * **Candidate screening and interview scheduling** * Compilation and control of **personnel files** * Support in **hiring and termination of employees** * Follow-up on **employment documentation** * Tracking of **attendance incidents (absences, tardiness, leave requests)** * Support in **onboarding new employees** * Addressing and following up on employee inquiries **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field** * Minimum **1 year of experience in Human Resources** * Experience in **operational recruitment** * Basic proficiency in **Excel and Word** * Organization and documentation control skills * Strong communication skills and positive interpersonal interaction with staff **Offer:** * Salary: $3,000 per week, tax-free * Statutory benefits * $1,200 punctuality and attendance bonus Employment type: Full-time Salary: $3,000.00 per week Benefits: * Free uniforms Work location: On-site employment
