With design and manufacturing sites in North America, Europe and Asia, we have become the preferred provider of high voltage power solutions for OEMs pushing the boundaries of technology around the world by designing and producing the products they need to power progress. **Position Purpose:** Protect the physical integrity of employees, visitors, and contractors, prevent losses, and comply with requirements established in the supply chain security program. **Key Responsibilities:** * Safeguard Spellman-owned assets, protect personnel, and uphold all protocols related to Supply Chain Security. * Detect and prevent risks to Physical Security. * Comply with established processes and procedures regarding Supply Chain Security, as well as related programs or certifications. * Respond to supply chain-related emergencies per Spellman-established procedures and applicable regulations, including detection, mitigation, and communication with stakeholders. * Conduct drills required by current regulations and Spellman’s Physical Security programs. * Perform inspections of emergency equipment. * Support internal audits of Supply Chain Security. * Investigate incidents related to Physical Security and document corresponding reports. * Participate in implementing improvement suggestions for the CIP Supply Chain Security program. * Participate in Physical Security training. * Conduct plant walkthroughs to identify risk conditions affecting employees, processes, and facilities. * Support monitoring of hazardous work activities performed by Contractors. * Comply with the Health, Safety, and Environment Policy, following applicable procedures and instructions for assigned activities. **Competencies and Skills:** * High school diploma or equivalent. * Two years of experience in this position. * Knowledge of Physical Security systems. * Basic application of controls and loss prevention for physical assets. * Emergency response. * Access control management. * Strong sense of responsibility. * Familiarity with CTPAT and AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) programs. * Incident reporting. * High ethical standards. * Knowledge and understanding of current Environmental and Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 14001, 9001\).
