




Position Summary: Human Resources professional responsible for comprehensive process management—from payroll and social security to recruitment and development—contributing to smooth operational functioning in the oil sector. Their scope encompasses payroll and social security administration, as well as recruitment, development, and personnel control, thereby supporting smooth operational functioning in the oil sector. **Requirements:** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field. **Experience:** * Minimum 2–3 years in a similar position, preferably in the **oil or industrial sector**. **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in **CONTPAQi Nóminas** (mandatory). * Knowledge of **IMSS, SUA, INFONAVIT, and Federal Labor Law (LFT)**. * Preparation of pre-payroll and full payroll. * Processing of employee hires, terminations, and salary adjustments. * Recruitment and selection of operational and technical staff. * Intermediate–advanced Excel skills. **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation and management of **pre-payroll and payroll** using the **CONTPAQi Nóminas** system. * Calculation of earnings, deductions, severance payments, and settlements. * Employee hires, terminations, and salary adjustments with the **IMSS**. * Operation of the **SUA (Sistema Único de Autodeterminación)** system for calculating employer–employee contributions. * Maintenance and updating of personnel files. * Administration of attendance incidents: absences, tardiness, medical leaves, vacations, etc. * Recruitment and selection of operational and administrative staff. * Coordination of hiring and onboarding processes. * Follow-up on performance evaluations and workplace climate assessments. * Implementation of internal policies and the Work Regulations. * Support during labor audits and regulatory compliance. * Management of labor relations and conflict resolution. * Attendance and personnel turnover control. * Support for training and organizational development.
