Project management from site survey to final delivery. **Job Description:** *Job Objective* Develop architectural construction documents in optimal alignment with client design requirements, exceeding their expectations and effectively fulfilling committed delivery timelines and quality standards. *Education:* Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture. *Experience:* Minimum 2 years in project development. **Base salary \+ commission per project delivered on time and to the client’s satisfaction**. *Responsibilities* * Conducting on-site data collection, measurements, and photographic reporting. * Defining deliverables and monitoring internal company processes. * Preparing professional architectural and interior design proposals. * Developing detailed 3D models in SketchUp and producing renderings. * Creating comprehensive construction drawings and official drawings for permit applications. * Defining technical specifications and concept catalogs with volumetric information. * Addressing client reviews and managing project modifications. * Submitting daily progress reports and adhering to delivery deadlines. * Administrative organization of documentation and compilation of final physical and digital project files. *Requirements* * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, V-Ray, Photoshop, and Excel. * Knowledge of construction processes. * Strong client service skills. * Commitment to continuous improvement throughout project development. *Send your CV via this channel or to: bemarquitectura.reclutamiento@gmail.com* Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: Starting at $10,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
