Opportunity to work with diverse networking and security technologies. **Job Objective** Ensure the company’s technological infrastructure operational continuity by providing advanced user support, administering systems, networks, and perimeter security, as well as implementing cybersecurity best practices. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide second- and third-level technical support to users and critical incidents. * Administer, configure, and maintain end-user and server operating systems, ensuring access rights, permissions, and security policies. * Implement, administer, and monitor security solutions: firewalls, antivirus software, and VPNs. * Configure and administer **site-to-site and remote-access VPNs**, firewall rules, NAT, security policies, and network segmentation. * Administer and support network infrastructure: switches, routers, and connectivity devices. * Manage network availability, performance, and security using monitoring tools and best practices (logs, alerts, hardening). * Provide support and administration for enterprise collaboration services: email, file servers, web servers, and intranet. * Support enterprise applications (Office 365, ERP, CRM, Core, or other internal systems). * Interact with servers and database management systems to provide support and resolve incidents. * Document procedures, network diagrams, configurations, and contingency plans. * Support implementation of infrastructure and security improvements, upgrades, and projects. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Computer Systems, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field (completed). * **Minimum 2–3 years’ experience** in technical support, networking, and cybersecurity. * Demonstrable experience in **firewall configuration and administration**. * Solid knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, NAT). * Experience administering **Windows Server and Linux** operating systems. * Knowledge of structured cabling and network topologies. * Proficiency with backup, monitoring, and security tools. * Desired experience in virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V). * Experience with Office 365 / Azure AD Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $12,000.00 – $16,000.00 per month Relocation/Moving Ability: * 37300, Lomas de La Trinidad, Gto.: Able to commute to work without difficulty or plan to relocate before starting employment (Mandatory) Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (Desirable) Experience: * IT Support: 2 years (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
