Position Summary: Provide analytical and operational support to the Production Manager, contributing to improved productivity, operational efficiency, and performance indicator tracking at the plant. Collaboration with production management and supervisors **Position Objective** Provide analytical and operational support to the Production Manager through collection, analysis, and management of production process information, contributing to improved productivity, operational efficiency, and performance indicator tracking at the plant. **Main Responsibilities** * Daily capture and updating of production reports in established systems or databases. * Support in analyzing productivity, efficiency, and production line performance indicators. * Preparation of reports and presentations for production management. * Support in **line balancing** activities to optimize workload distribution across production processes. * Data collection and information gathering on the production floor for **continuous improvement** projects. * Tracking of key production metrics (output volume, downtime, efficiency, scrap, etc.). * Support in process documentation and operational standardization. * Participation in root cause analysis and development of improvement proposals. * Support in implementing and tracking productivity improvement projects. * Coordination with production supervisors to obtain operational information. **Position Requirements** **Education** * Currently enrolled student in **Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field**. **Desired Knowledge** * Proficiency in **Excel (intermediate or advanced)**. * Data analysis and report generation. * Fundamental concepts of **productivity, line balancing, and time-and-motion studies**. * Basic knowledge of **continuous improvement / Lean Manufacturing**. **Skills** * Analytical thinking. * Organization and attention to detail. * Effective communication. * Proactivity. * Ability to work with data and on the production floor. **Other** * Availability to carry out internships at the plant. * Interest in manufacturing processes and continuous improvement.
