Job Summary: Provide Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 technical support and assistance to users, managing systems, infrastructure, and IT security. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive technical support at Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 for users 2. Advanced administration of IT infrastructure and systems 3. Security, virtualization, and network management **General Objective:** Provide Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 support and assistance to users. **Specific Objectives:** · Establish collaborative communication with internal users via various channels and applications to fulfill requirements with technical assistance. · Safeguard the integrity of sensitive information and databases through IT security systems. · Generate application credentials enabling company operations. · Maintain voice and network connectivity for company users. · Manage dedicated servers, network devices, and ensure infrastructure reliability and proper operation. **Responsibilities** * Virtualization using VMware (ESXI virtualization systems). * Preventive and corrective maintenance of PCs, printers, physical and virtual servers. * Cloud-based backups of ESXI servers (Veeam). * Administration of Microsoft Active Directory. * Administration and maintenance of data center (SITE). * Administration of File Server, NAS, and Cloud. * Administration of administrative and accounting software. * Administration of Microsoft 365 Tenants. * Antivirus administration. * Firewall, switch, and router administration. * LAN and WLAN network management. * CCTV, radio frequency antennas, and UPS administration. * Installation of security equipment (yard access control). * Email administration. * Domain and hosting management. * IP telephony and mobile phone management. * Ticket control. * Visa (to provide support in San Diego). · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Systems Engineering. · Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. · Comprehensive knowledge of software and hardware.
