Key role in loss prevention and avoidance of improper practices MATERIAL RESOURCES AND FLEET SUPERVISOR Department Administration / Operations / Material Resources Reports To General Management / Manager Position Objective Ensure full control, tracking, auditing, and proper administration of company vehicles, tools, and assets, guaranteeing that all items remain fully operational, properly documented, and at 100% availability, while preventing losses, thefts, and improper practices. Functions and Responsibilities \* Full control of vehicle fleet. \* Daily inspection of physical and mechanical condition. \* Real-time tracking. \* Control of circulation permits, insurance policies, license plates, and vehicle registration fees. \* Up-to-date maintenance logs. \* Scheduling of maintenance activities. \* Control of asset assignments with accountability documents. \* Inventory of tools and assets. \* Periodic and unannounced audits. \* Weekly and monthly reports. KPIs for the Position \* 98–100% fleet operational rate. \* 100% valid documentation. \* Zero tools without assigned responsibility. \* Audits. Candidate Profile Education: Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or Mechanics. Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in fleet control or material resources management. Skills: \* Organization. \* Tracking. \* Honesty. \* Strong character. Salary and Bonus Structure Base salary: $12,000 monthly net.
