Personalized support and solutions for Apple users **At MacStore, Apple’s #1 distributor, we are looking for:** **A computer and telecommunications equipment repair technician for the MACSTORE TEPIC branch** **Profile:** * Completed high school diploma / technical degree. * Minimum 1 year of experience in computer and telecommunications equipment repair. * Passion for customer service and support. * Residency near the work location. **Responsibilities:** \* Provide first- and second-level technical support to Apple users. * Deliver personalized support and solutions. * Track completed service requests. * Promote and sell additional services. * Meet performance metrics and key indicators. **We Offer:** * Base monthly salary of $9,900.00 gross. * Apple Certified Macintosh Technician certification. * Benefits and perks exceeding statutory requirements. * Monthly food voucher. * Profit-sharing (approximately three months’ worth). * Salary increase at the fourth month. * Life insurance. * Savings fund. * Punctuality bonus: 1,200. * Commissions ranging from 9% to 20% of the total amount for services rendered. * Bonus for achieving key performance indicators. * 100% IMSS social security contributions. * Direct, indefinite-term employment contract. * Job stability and professional development. * Rotating schedule Monday through Sunday, with one weekday off: 11:00 am–8:00 pm and 12:00 pm–9:00 pm.
