




Position Summary: Directly support the General Director in implementing enterprise management systems and collaborate with Accounting to track accounts receivable. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic collaboration with the General Director. 2. Key role in managing and tracking business processes. 3. Important interaction in accounts receivable administration. Objective Provide direct support to the General Director in implementing and sustaining the new enterprise management system, ensuring timely follow-up on meetings, tasks, reports, and key processes. Additionally, actively collaborate with the Accounting department to track accounts receivable, as one of the top-priority responsibilities. **Requirements:** Education: Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar positions. Age: 25–35 years old. **Knowledge and Skills:** * Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Calendar). * Professional writing and spelling. * Document and file management. * Basic principles of collections. * Organization and planning. * Oral and written communication. * Timely follow-up. * Discretion and confidentiality. * Problem-solving. * Courteous and professional client interaction. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate weekly 1:1 meetings, daily stand-up meetings, and monthly meetings. * Take meeting minutes and record decisions (initially manually or in Odoo). * Send reminders and follow up on tasks assigned during meetings. * Assist in organizing KPI documentation and area-specific presentations. * Prepare summaries for the General Director on key progress and pending items. * Administrative collections. * Conduct timely follow-up on accounts receivable. * Send payment reminders and make collection calls. * Coordinate with the Accounting department to record payments and transactions. * Prepare simple weekly collection progress reports. * Proactively follow up on payment commitments and overdue accounts. * Basic verification of process compliance. * Supervise timely submission of key reports from each department (e.g., water consumption records, crew departure logs, photographic evidence, signed forms, etc.). * Alert the General Director upon detecting non-compliance or missing documentation. * Maintain a simple log of compliance with processes defined by Management. **We Offer:** \- Stable employment \- Salary: $10,00\.00 per month \- Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (rotating Saturdays — one works, two rest). \- IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot, year-end bonus, vacation benefits. \- Training opportunities. \- Positive work environment.
