MATAMOROS BRANCH REQUIREMENTS Aged 25 to 50 years old Valid State Type B Driver’s License Completed Junior High School Driving experience and enthusiasm for sales with strong communication skills; eagerness to learn; minimum 1.5-ton standard vehicle driving experience RESPONSIBILITIES Retail sales, product rotation, market expansion, customer follow-up, route strengthening Work schedule: Monday to Saturday Day off: Sundays Payroll processed through Banorte (important: no outstanding debts) WE OFFER Initial salary for 8 weeks Base salary $1700 + Training bonus; upon completion of training, weekly base salary + individual weekly commissions Monthly meal allowance bonus $900 Uncapped sales commissions — paid weekly (average $1300–$1800 per week) Hiring bonus: $420 x 12 weeks Company-matched savings fund — disbursed once per year Savings account School support Birth assistance Death benefit Statutory benefits Year-end bonus: 21 days Life insurance Profit-sharing ARE YOU INTERESTED?
