Manage and coordinate necessary actions to foster social welfare, development, and occupational performance of workers, thereby contributing to the development of the Institution’s substantive and ancillary functions in compliance with applicable regulations. **Responsibilities** * Organizational analysis, planning, and design: Establishing and monitoring the organizational structure of the Business Unit * Ensure job analysis is conducted to establish job descriptions and job profiles * Maintain up-to-date employee personnel files * Manage onboarding and offboarding records for SGMM and SV personnel and dependents * Manage departmental budget * Recruitment, interviews, and personnel selection * Execute full offboarding processes (terminations and voluntary resignations) * Administer leave requests, vacations, maternity leaves, medical leaves, overtime, and salary adjustments * Manage employee PPE (procurement, distribution, and database updates) * Promote employee development programs * Plan and execute Business Unit events * Talent management: ensure proper administration and planning of organizational structure and HR staffing * Strategic workforce growth planning (succession letters / talent pool) * Prepare position indicator reports (ICD) * These functions are illustrative, not exhaustive Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related field * Demonstrable experience in Human Resources * Experience in the oil & gas sector (drilling, fluids, etc.) * Proactive, organized, punctual, and reliable attendance * Service-oriented and friendly demeanor * Resident of Reynosa/Rio Bravo, Tamps * No relocation constraints (Brecha 105, Ejido Palo Blanco, Reynosa, Tamps CP.88856) * Age 26–35 * Gender-neutral Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $26,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Life insurance Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory) Experience: * Human Resources area: 3 years (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
