Main responsibilities include managing material inflows and outflows using Excel and internal systems, updating inventories, entering data, organizing documentation, and tracking warehouse movements. We seek an organized, responsible individual with strong attention to detail and basic/intermediate Excel skills, as the role requires constant information management and coordination with warehouse and procurement departments. Responsibilities: * Record material inflows and outflows in Excel and internal systems. * Manage and update inventory records. * Enter and track administrative information. * Assist in receiving materials and spare parts. * Organize documentation and reports. * Coordinate with warehouse and procurement departments. Requirements: * Basic/intermediate Excel proficiency. * Ability to efficiently enter and organize information. * Responsibility and attention to detail. * Proactivity and willingness to learn. * Prior experience in warehouse, inventory, or administrative roles is preferred.
