The role includes offering a high-quality menu and motivating our staff to deliver excellent customer service. Restaurant Manager responsibilities include maintaining restaurant revenue, profitability, and quality objectives. The manager will ensure efficient restaurant operations while sustaining high levels of production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards. Kitchen management experience is also essential, as the manager will hire chefs and service staff, create work schedules, supervise food preparation, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the restaurant.
