Position Summary: Performs various cleaning tasks, prepares, presents, and serves food while maintaining an organized and safe work environment and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Friendly interaction with customers and teamwork. ***Position Function*** Performs various cleaning tasks, prepares, presents, and serves food. ***Responsibilities:*** * Adheres to internal work regulations / code of conduct. * Wears uniform and safety equipment during working hours. * Maintains the work area clean and properly organized. * Follows work operation instructions and manuals. * Washes, disinfects, cuts, and peels vegetables and fruits. * Washes pots, casseroles, frying pans, inserts, and all types of food trays from workstations, as well as stoves, refrigerators, etc. * Weighs and measures designated ingredients. * Stores food correctly in designated areas after packaging. * Cleans work areas, equipment, and utensils. * Distributes supplies, utensils, and portable equipment. * Listens to and resolves customer concerns. * Serves customers efficiently and courteously. * Collaborates with coworkers to ensure compliance with company service standards. * Sweeps and mops kitchen floors, washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks. * Transports ice in assigned containers for use. * Stores leftovers following safe food handling procedures. * Assembles, maintains, and cleans service bars as instructed. * Cleans the kitchen after food preparation and service, according to established standards. * Keeps refrigerators, freezers, and storage areas clean and organized. * Operates, maintains, and cleans kitchen equipment as instructed. * Transfers supplies and equipment between the warehouse and work area. * Complies with all safety and hygiene regulations. * Follows correct safety and hygiene procedures. * Reports any malfunctions to the unit manager. * Immediately reports maintenance needs, faulty equipment, or accidents to the unit manager. * Attends internal and/or safety meetings as required. * Maintains a clean and safe work environment. * Assists with various tasks as requested. ***Education*** * Primary education level / Ability to read and write. ***Experience*** * 0 to 3 months of experience and/or training in a related field or similar position. ***Skills*** * Teamwork * Effective decision-making * Proficient handling of work equipment * Organized in work tasks * Resource management Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Work Location: On-site employment
