Job Summary: Comprehensive management of asset maintenance, supervision of daily operations and vendors, and ensuring a clean and hygienic work environment. Key Highlights: 1. Applies a process-oriented approach and risk-based thinking * Manages, supervises, and forecasts maintenance of service assets such as Emergency Power Plant, Air Conditioning units, and company-owned cargo and personnel vehicles; painting and lighting of company premises * Ensures smooth daily operations. Resolves internal and external issues with customers and internal/external vendors; makes rapid and effective decisions to maintain uninterrupted operations * Ensures offices, restrooms, warehouses, and workshops are consistently cleaned and maintained hygienically, in a timely manner and within working hours * Supervises and ensures external cleaning vendors possess the necessary skills to fulfill their responsibilities * Identifies maintenance requirements * Applies a process-oriented approach and risk-based thinking * Reports accidents or incidents, as well as any situation that may constitute bribery practices in business management, through designated reporting mechanisms—without fear of retaliation * Complies with planned outcomes under the Integrated Management System (standards, policies, procedures, manuals, operational controls, code of ethics and conduct, and any other relevant mechanisms) * Reports directly to immediate supervisor * Knowledge of standard vehicle operation Employment Type: Project-based or fixed-term contract Contract Duration: 90 months Salary: $10,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
