Job Summary: Ensure the proper operation of production machinery and equipment, maintaining operational continuity, safety, and efficiency of production processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial machinery 2. Diagnosis and resolution of failures in CNC equipment 3. Support for continuous improvement initiatives to optimize machinery **Job Objective:** Ensure the proper operation of production machinery and equipment through the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities, guaranteeing operational continuity, safety, and efficiency of production processes. **Education:** Technical degree in Mechatronics, Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or related field. **Experience:** Minimum 5 years in a similar position, with hands-on experience in CNC programming at the machine, maintenance of CNC equipment, pneumatics, and electrical control. **Required Knowledge:** * CNC machinery programming and adjustment. * Interpretation of electrical and pneumatic diagrams. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial machinery. * Pneumatic and electrical systems. * Detection and resolution of failures in CNC equipment. * Use of tools and measurement equipment. **Primary Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machinery and industrial equipment. * Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic failures. * Perform basic CNC adjustments and programming at the machine. * Track failure reports and ensure proper equipment repair. * Maintain tools and work equipment in optimal condition. * Comply with company safety standards and internal procedures. * Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize machinery performance. **Skills and Competencies:** * Flexible working hours. * Proactivity. * Punctuality. * Responsibility. * Teamwork. * Analytical and problem-solving ability. * Sense of urgency and attention to detail.
