Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring an efficient, hygienic, and visually appealing dining experience, maintaining the bar’s aesthetic and presenting appetizing dishes. Key Highlights: 1. Creativity in presenting healthy food items. ***Job Objective*** To guarantee an efficient, hygienic, and visually appealing dining experience. In addition to online service, this role is responsible for the **aesthetics of the bar**, applying food design techniques to present dishes attractively, optimizing the assembly of salad bars, dessert bars, and specialty stations. ***Responsibilities*** · Operate the service bar to ensure a continuous flow of diners (avoid bottlenecks). · Ensure that food displayed on the bar follows the "First In, First Out" (FIFO) system. · Anticipate demand to request kitchen replenishment of inserts before they are fully depleted. · Design the layout of salad bars and cold bars using colors and textures to enhance visual appeal. · Apply basic plating techniques so that main dishes appear organized and professional—even during high-volume service. · Ensure each dish displays its name visibly and, where necessary, includes allergen or calorie indicators with excellent presentation. · Propose creative ways to present fruits, desserts, and beverages to encourage consumption of healthy options. · Maintain the bar, serving utensils, and condiment stations in immaculate condition throughout the shift. **Experience:** * 1–2 years in industrial cafeterias or buffet areas in hospitality. **Education:** * Secondary school or high school diploma. * Operation of thermal maintenance equipment (bain-marie, cold bars). * Basic decorative cutting techniques (garnishes).
