




Job Summary: We are seeking a systems support professional to provide user support, resolve incidents, execute projects, and ensure the proper functioning of technological tools. We are looking for a candidate with experience in systems support (preferably ERP or SAP BO), service-oriented mindset, and ability to analyze, improve, and monitor technological processes. The candidate will be responsible for providing user support, resolving incidents, executing projects, generating reports, and ensuring the proper functioning of the Institute’s technological tools. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide user support for the Institute’s systems and applications. * Address requests and incidents related to applications, ERP, and scheduling systems. * Conduct requirements gathering, analysis, and configuration for new developments or enhancements. * Monitor errors, incidents, and logs generated by software programs. * Generate operational and executive reports for internal departments. * Identify opportunities to improve processes and system execution. * Execute analysis or development projects according to the Institute’s needs. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure proper project implementation. * Guide users on appropriate system usage and assist in problem resolution. **Requirements and Experience** * **Minimum 1 year of experience** in technical support, ERP systems consulting, SAP BO, data analysis, or related fields (including accounting if systems experience is included). * Experience in user support and functional support. * Knowledge of databases, ERP administration, and Microsoft Office suite.
