What do you need to apply? ✅ Certificate, diploma, or credential from a Technological High School, Technical Career, or Higher Technical Program in Computing, Informatics, Systems, or related fields. (Mandatory) ✅ Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience providing on-site or on-location technical support for high-volume printing equipment. ✅ Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance of printing equipment, diagnostics, repair, and support (Office software suite). ✅ Experience with ticket management platforms such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Service Desk.
