Active collaboration in monthly financial closings **Accounting Assistant** **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm; Saturdays, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm **Job Objective** Provide comprehensive support to the accounting department through the recording, control, and analysis of financial information, ensuring proper execution of administrative processes, tax compliance, and timely delivery of information for monthly financial closings. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare necessary information for public invoicing during monthly closing. * Manage, organize, and clean accounting information for delivery to the tax department. * Prepare and update basic financial reports for internal control. * Perform monthly bank reconciliations. * Control and archive digital tax receipts (invoices, XML files, and receipts). * Enter accounting information into internal systems and accounting platforms. * Download and upload SAT invoices via the institutional ERP. * Review and validate supplier invoicing, ensuring correct accounting integration. * Follow up with suppliers, payments, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. * Control and track information related to courier and shipping platforms. * Support tax filings and accounting processes under supervision. * Compile and organize documentation required for procedures and submissions to IMSS. * Actively collaborate in monthly financial closings. * Assist in accounting entries, reconciliations, and general administrative processes of the department. **Profile and Competencies** * Technical or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (completed or in progress). * Basic knowledge of tax regulations and digital receipts. * Proficiency in accounting systems and ERP software. * Organizational skills, accuracy, and high attention to detail. * Analytical ability and confidential handling of information. * Proactivity and willingness to work collaboratively in a team. * Focus on compliance and meeting deadlines. **We are looking for a professional who** * Is meticulous, responsible, and results-oriented. * Maintains order and control in document and financial management. * Is interested in professional development within the accounting and tax field. * Actively contributes to strengthening internal processes.
