At beonit, we collaborate with a company in the construction and management of highways sector seeking to hire **Toll Collectors** to perform manual toll collection at highway booths. This role is key to ensuring proper vehicle classification, accurate cash handling, and professional customer service. **What will your mission be?** To collect payments and issue receipts to customers according to current vehicle classification and rates, within the established time frame and without discrepancies in income reporting. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Classify vehicles and collect tolls according to current rates. * Perform manual toll collection at highway booths. * Operate and manage electronic toll collection (E.C.T.) equipment. * Apply customer service protocols and professionally handle difficult situations. * Verify the authenticity of received cash. **What do we require from you?** * Knowledge of vehicle classification. * Computer skills and E.C.T. operation experience. * Education: High school diploma or Technical Degree. * 6 months of experience in customer service or operational areas. * Experience handling cash. * Availability for rotating shifts: 6:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 / 22:00–6:00 (24/7/365 operation). * Work location: La Peñita Toll Plaza, Las Varas Highway Booth – Pto.
