As an **Applications Engineer**, you will serve as the key bridge between customer vision and technical execution. What will you do? Evaluate, develop, and implement cutting-edge engineering projects for end users, ensuring technical and economic viability at every stage. * **Analysis and diagnosis:** Collect on-site information to design robust technical proposals. * **Implementation and commissioning:** Supervise contractors and perform configuration and integration of intelligent lighting systems using dedicated software. * **Strategic support:** Diagnose failures and directly manage solutions with manufacturers to maximize customer benefit. * **Collaboration:** Work closely with the commercial team to ensure every project meets quality and budget standards. What are we looking for? * **Education:** Engineering degree or equivalent experience. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in similar roles. * **Technical expertise:** Proficiency in CAD software, lighting design, electricity and industrial control, IoT architectures, and project management. * Knowledge of NOM-025 STPS. * **Soft skills:** Sense of urgency, negotiation ability, attention to detail, and strong customer orientation.
