Development of negotiation skills and results-oriented mindset **OPEN POSITION: FIELD SALES PROMOTER** A leading telecommunications company is seeking **FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVES** to promote and sell internet, telephone, and/or pay-TV services via door-to-door sales (direct field sales). Vacancies: 3 Location: Reynosa, Tamaulipas Age: 18 to 50 years old 100% fieldwork **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct door-to-door customer prospecting in assigned areas. * Advise customers on plans, pricing, and benefits. * Close sales and collect required documentation. * Enter customer information into designated systems or forms. * Follow up on sales until installation or activation. * Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets. **Requirements** Education: * Completed high school diploma **Experience:** * Prior experience in door-to-door sales, field sales, or customer service is preferred. **Knowledge:** * Basic sales techniques. * Basic smartphone or mobile application usage. * Basic knowledge of telecommunications services (preferred). **Skills and Competencies** * Strong verbal communication skills. * Passion for sales and fieldwork. * Negotiation and sales closing ability. * Results-oriented mindset. * Proactive attitude and resilience. * Effective handling of objections. * Performance-driven work under targets. **Personal Competencies** * Honesty and responsibility. * Punctuality. * Excellent personal presentation. * Customer empathy. * Persistence and discipline.
