Conducting physical inventories and stock adjustments Job Objective Responsible for warehouse management and control, ensuring accurate order picking, inventory accuracy, and compliance with goods receipt, storage, and shipment processes. What will you do in this role? * Monitor and support order picking. * Generate necessary shipping documentation (delivery notes, replenishments, consumption records, etc.). * Verify products prior to packaging and dispatch. * Coordinate deliveries with the transportation and logistics department. * Arrange and organize products on shelves and designated areas. * Maintain warehouse order, safety, and accessibility. * Validate returned goods, identifying shortages, damages, or inconsistencies. * Receive goods and verify quantity, condition, and corresponding documentation. * Conduct periodic physical inventories and perform stock adjustments. * Record and report inventory discrepancies in the system. Requirements * Education: Completed high school diploma (technical or related bachelor’s degree preferred). * 1–2 years of experience in logistics or warehouse management. * Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems. * Experience in inventory control. * Flexible availability for work schedule. * Age: 25–40 years.
