Your mission will be to **produce videos and visually appealing content for social media (Reels, TikTok, Stories, campaigns)**, conveying the essence of our brands focused on women’s fashion and contemporary luxury. Advanced editing is carried out collaboratively, so we seek someone who can capture **the moment and emotion**, delivering fresh, elegant, and brand–consistent content. **Main Responsibilities** * Recording and editing organic content for social media. * Editing catalog content for different departments. * Adapting visual content for various formats. * Developing concepts and scripts for advertising and campaign content. * Supervising and ensuring correct application of the brand’s visual identity. * Tracking graphic, fashion, and visual communication trends. **Requirements** * Education: Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Audiovisual Communication, Professional Photography, or related field. * Experience: 1 to 3 years in visual content production or editing (fashion, lifestyle, or luxury). * Proficiency with iPhone camera: Ability to operate the iPhone camera (FPS settings, 4K resolution, exposure/focus lock). * Proficiency in video editing software: CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or similar. * Platform knowledge: Understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Reels algorithms and specific formats. * Ability to propose organic content: Not only execute, but also suggest ideas that build community and drive purchase desire without appearing like traditional advertising. * Basic copywriting: Writing compelling hooks and attractive video descriptions. * Desirable: * \- Basic Photoshop knowledge. * \- Manual mode operation of a DSLR/mirrorless camera. * \- Ability to work with and execute storyboards. * \- Basic knowledge of portable natural and artificial lighting. * \- Styling fundamentals (styling) to properly arrange garments on camera. * \- Use of accessories such as gimbals, lavalier microphones for iPhone, and tripods. **We Offer** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Fixed schedule, Monday to Friday. * Immediate hiring. * Opportunities for growth and creative development within the advertising department. * Excellent work environment at a growing Mexican fashion company. **Join our creative team.
