Good physical condition is required for lifting tasks, as well as discipline and responsibility, and willingness to perform operational duties. Requirements * Required education level: Junior high school / technical junior high school * Experience: 6 months \- 1 year as General Maintenance Assistant * Knowledge(s) and tool(s): + Basic knowledge of painting and preventive maintenance. + Safe use of manual and electric tools. * Language(s): + None * Skill(s) and competency(ies): + Continuous improvement + Commitment + Teamwork + Autonomy + Results orientation + Communication * Candidate availability: + No travel required Schedule Some days Full-time 07:00 \- 15:00 Schedule clarification: Days off are Tuesday and Wednesday Functions and Activities * Loading and unloading of inventories and materials. * Touch-up painting in areas requiring it. * Assembly and disassembly of furniture (tables, chairs, and various equipment). * General cleaning of interior areas. * Cleaning of walls, glass, and mirrors. * Support in receiving and delivering materials under supervision. * Arranging and safeguarding furniture and equipment. * Cleaning of main street and exterior areas. * Availability to perform any other duties inherent to the position as required * Execution of tasks according to instructions from the operational supervisor.
