Opportunities for growth and continuous training. **Position Objective** ----------------------- Manage and control the company's vehicle fleet, ensuring vehicle availability, regulatory compliance, operational safety, and cost optimization. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Coordinate vehicle availability according to company needs and assign vehicles to users. * Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to vehicle operation (inspections, registrations, replacements, insurance, etc.). * Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance for the fleet. * Monitor driver performance, including road behavior, fuel consumption, and distance traveled. * Monitor and analyze fleet operating costs, identifying opportunities for savings and optimization. * Conduct periodic inspections of the physical and mechanical condition of vehicles. * Implement monitoring and geolocation systems for fleet tracking and control. * Request and coordinate training to improve driver performance and safety. * Manage vehicle recovery and release from impound lots, coordinating administrative and legal procedures with authorities and insurers. * Provide timely follow-up and communication in case of accidents or vehicle incidents. * Prepare periodic reports on fleet status, operating costs, and vehicle and driver performance. **Requirements** -------------- * Bachelor's degree or technical degree in Logistics, Administration, Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet administration. * Knowledge of automotive maintenance and vehicle regulations. * Proficiency in GPS platforms and vehicle control systems. * Advanced Excel skills and report generation. * Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. * Availability to respond to incidents. * Willingness to travel. * Valid driver's license. * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM (availability for accident response). **We Offer** ------------- * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Life insurance. * Grocery vouchers. * Savings fund. * Job stability. * Growth opportunities. * Continuous training.
