Problem resolution and effective communication **Join our team!!** **We are looking for your talent as an IT Analyst** **Position Objective**: Provide technical support to internal users, ensure the proper operation of equipment, networks, and systems, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the company’s technological infrastructure. **Requirements**: * Minimum 3 years of experience in IT or technical support. * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. **Knowledge in:** * User support (hardware and software). * Equipment installation and configuration. * Basic networking (LAN, WiFi, structured cabling). * Preventive and corrective maintenance. * Data backups. * Windows operating system and Microsoft Office suite. * Basic server knowledge. * Flexible availability regarding working hours. * Service-oriented attitude and problem-solving focus. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to staff members. * Install and configure computing equipment. * Manage user accounts and access rights. * Monitor network and internet performance. * Perform data backups. * Address technological incidents. * Maintain equipment inventory records. **Competencies:** * Problem resolution. * Organization. * Working under pressure. * Effective communication. * Responsibility and confidentiality.
