Metal surface preparation The **Electrostatic Painter** is responsible for executing the complete electrostatic painting process on furniture manufactured from carbon steel sheet, ensuring a uniform, adherent, and high-quality finish. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform **metal surface preparation**, including cleaning, degreasing, and pre-painting surface conditioning. * Apply **electrostatic powder coating** onto carbon steel sheet cabinets using appropriate equipment. * Operate and monitor the **curing oven**, ensuring correct time and temperature settings for paint fixation. * Inspect the **final finish quality**, identifying and correcting defects such as insufficient coverage, runs, or imperfections. * Maintain the work area and equipment in optimal conditions of cleanliness and functionality. * Comply with **safety standards** and personal protective equipment requirements.
