Participation in site surveys and material quantification An industrial construction company is currently seeking an **Industrial Cost Supervisor** to immediately join its cost department. We seek a candidate with experience in unit pricing, budgeting, etc. **Responsibilities** * Request quotations for materials and equipment. * Prepare comparative cost and supplier tables. * Conduct site surveys. * Generate item catalogs. * Prepare basic drawings. * Material quantification and generator preparation. **Requirements** * Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related degree. * Minimum **1 year of experience** in unit price analysis. * Knowledge of **Neodata** (mandatory). * Basic proficiency in **AutoCAD**. * Experience in generators and quantification. * Willingness to travel. **We Offer** * Competitive salary (based on experience). * Statutory benefits. * 100% social security contribution. * Ongoing training. * Major medical expense insurance. * Life insurance. **Location** * Offices in **Tlalnepantla de Baz, State of Mexico**. * Willingness to travel to construction sites required.
