Job Objective Ensure the physical safety of members, visitors, and staff, as well as safeguard club facilities, sports equipment, and vehicles, maintaining a secure, orderly, and courteous environment. 2. Key Responsibilities * **Access Control:** Verify entry of members and visitors via reservation or membership systems. * **Patrols:** Conduct regular patrols across courts, cafeteria/bar, locker rooms, and parking areas. * **Asset Protection:** Monitor club equipment (rental rackets, balls, furniture) to prevent theft or damage. * **Parking Management:** Ensure vehicle order and prevent broken windows or auto-part theft. * **Member Assistance:** Guide users to courts, restrooms, or medical services in case of emergency. * **Conflict Prevention:** Diplomatically intervene in disputes over court scheduling or inappropriate behavior. 3. Candidate Requirements * **Education:** Completed secondary education (high school diploma preferred). * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in private security or surveillance at clubs/commercial plazas. * **Knowledge:** Basic first aid and fire extinguisher operation. * **Skills:** Keen observation, assertive communication, and excellent customer service. * **Physical Condition:** Ability to stand for extended periods and perform frequent patrols. * **Courtesy and Diplomacy:** The guard is the first point of contact for members; must be firm yet highly courteous. * **Crisis Management:** Ability to remain calm when responding to serious sports injuries or altercations. * **Punctuality and Responsibility:** Critical for facility opening and closing. 4. Tools and Equipment Assigned * Short-range communication radio. * Incident logbook. * CCTV monitoring system. * High-intensity flashlight for evening/night shifts.
