Application of advanced design software and construction processes. **Job Description:** *Job Objective* Develop architectural construction projects by optimally addressing client design requirements, exceeding their expectations, and effectively fulfilling delivery timelines and quality commitments. *Education:* Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. *Experience:* Minimum 2 years in project development. **Base Salary \+ Commission per project delivered on time and to the client's satisfaction**. *Responsibilities* * Site data collection, measurements, and photographic reporting. * Definition of deliverables and tracking of internal company processes. * Architectural and interior design proposals with professional presentations. * Development of detailed 3D models in SketchUp and rendering production. * Creation of comprehensive construction drawings and official drawings for license applications. * Definition of technical specifications and concept catalogs with volumetric information. * Client review coordination and management of project modifications. * Daily progress reporting and adherence to delivery deadlines. * Administrative organization of documentation and preparation of final physical and digital project folders. *Requirements* * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, V-Ray, Photoshop, and Excel. * Knowledge of construction processes. * Client service capability. * Continuous improvement throughout project development. *Submit your CV via this platform or to: bemarquitectura.reclutamiento@gmail.com* Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: Starting from $10,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
