You’ll collaborate with **Strategic Procurement, Production Scheduling, and Customer Service teams** , taking ownership of material replenishment processes and inventory management, helping us move toward a more **efficient and sustainable** future. **What You’ll Be Doing** ------------------------ * Lead **the tactical buyer team** to deliver 100% execution of the end\-to\-end purchasing process, ensuring all materials meet production needs. * Support **internal stakeholders** by establishing strong relationships with Strategic Procurement, Production Planning, and Order Fulfillment teams to align on customer requirements and demand changes. * Introduce and manage **Material Replenishment procedures** to optimize inventory levels and ensure supply meets demand. * Ensure the purchase of all raw materials aligns with **Min\-Max levels** and MRP requirements to support the plant production schedule. * Continuously learn and share knowledge to enhance how we **operate and serve our customers** . **What We're Looking For** -------------------------- * Experience in **Supply Chain Management** or Materials Management with a strong ability to **deliver reliable material supply** . * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** (advanced Excel) and **SAP** , with a strong understanding of MRP systems. * Ability to work well **in cross\-functional teams** , fostering collaboration across departments. * Strong communication skills in **English and Spanish** , particularly in **written and verbal formats** . * A mindset of **continuous improvement** , with a focus on problem\-solving and proactive management. **What You'll Get from Us** --------------------------- We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
