Measurement of training effectiveness and regulatory compliance. **Job Objective** Design, implement, and evaluate training strategies aligned with organizational objectives, ensuring staff competency development, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of job performance. **Key Responsibilities** * Identify organizational training needs (OTN). * Develop the Annual Training Plan aligned with strategic objectives. * Coordinate onboarding, technical training, and leadership development programs. * Manage external training providers. * Design instructional materials and training content. * Administer learning management systems (LMS, if applicable). * Measure training effectiveness using key indicators (ROI, performance evaluation, satisfaction). * Ensure compliance with legal regulations regarding training (STPS or other applicable regulations). * Monitor training-related budgets. **Requirements** **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Pedagogy, or related field.
