At Grupo HG, we are seeking a **Facilities Supervisor** with field experience and a focus on technical and operational compliance. **Purpose of the Position** Supervise and ensure the proper execution of hydrosanitary and electrical installations at construction sites, guaranteeing technical compliance, quality, safety, and progress in accordance with the established schedule. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise on-site execution in accordance with drawings and specifications. * Coordinate contractors and related specialties, ensuring adherence to the construction schedule. * Verify materials and supervise functional testing. * Track technical pending items and document progress. **Required Profile** * Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related degree. * 2–3 years of experience supervising hydrosanitary and electrical installations on civil works, industrial warehouses, and vertical/residential projects. * Experience interpreting drawings and coordinating on-site activities. * Results-oriented, organized, and skilled in problem-solving. * Must reside in Monterrey, N.L. * Willingness to travel and relocate within the country as assigned per project. **We Offer** * Professional development on high-impact projects. * Dynamic and challenging work environment. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and expertise.
