We invite you to participate in our challenge as: Process Operator **Job Objective:** The primary function of the Process Operator is to operate the Topolobampo Petroleum Terminal facilities in accordance with technical, safety, and environmental procedures and standards, aligned with the Company’s business plan. The Process Operator reports to the Lead Operator. **Responsibilities:** Responsibilities focused on the Integrated Management System (IMS): 1\.\- Know and oversee the dissemination and communication of the IMS policy, mission, and vision; support the implementation of IMS changes and improvements within the business unit. 2\.\- Know and apply updates and changes to IMS documentation applicable to their position and process within the business unit. 3\.\- Participate proactively in IMS-related training assigned according to their job profile, with attendance records and passing evaluations. (including IMS induction and IMS awareness training) 4\.\- Know and contribute to IMS indicators based on activities inherent to their process and business unit operations. 5\.\- Proactively participate in continuous IMS improvement by reporting any nonconformities or identified opportunities for improvement in business unit processes. 6\.\- Participate in internal and external audits and IMS surveillance activities, in accordance with the corporate annual program. 7\.\- Report any noncompliance or deviations from IMS procedures, instructions, and forms to the IMS Project Management team. 8\.\- Know the vocabulary and terminology of ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, and 45001:2018 related to the IMS. Responsibilities focused on Safety and Health 1\.\- Know and oversee the implementation of applicable operational controls for routine and non-routine construction and office activities of the Company and its strategic partners, based on the business unit’s authorized hazard and risk matrix; examples of operational controls include: COVID-19 logs, AST records, work permits, job-specific PPE, vital signs logs, breathalyzer tests, attendance lists for safety talks, machinery and equipment inspection logs, DC-3 operator and high-risk work records, preliminary reports, ACR reports, and records and forms used in each construction procedure and specific safety and health procedures—each must be reviewed and validated by the Company’s specialist personnel, etc. 2\.\- Communicate and report all incidents to incorporate lessons learned into management systems and corporate expectations. 3\.\- Report any unsafe acts and/or conditions observed among personnel and in business unit processes. 4\.\- Comply with safety and health principles and rules within the business unit. 5\.\- Participate in mandatory safety and health training, including IMS instructions, per the authorized training matrix, with attendance evidence and applicable passing evaluations within the business unit. 6\.\- Know and participate in preventive measures and controls outlined in the business unit’s Emergency Response Plan (ERP). 7\.\- Ensure safe work practices and appropriate preventive measures for people, facilities, and processes within the business unit. 8\.\- Comply with COVID-19 protocols and complete the daily health declaration and log entry in the business unit’s daily log. 9\.\- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and safety and health requirements, per the business unit’s authorized regulatory requirements matrix. 10\.\- Execute and oversee order and cleanliness at all times in their process and across the entire business unit. 11\.\- Support achievement of the business unit’s IMS safety and health indicators. 12\.\- Know tools and initiatives aimed at improving employee well-being within the business unit. 13\.\- Use the 5-Minute Safety Talk Manual to conduct daily 5-minute safety talks with business unit personnel at shift start or meeting opening. 14\. Supervise compliance with safety and health guidelines by strategic partners assigned to the business unit. 15\.\- Voluntarily participate in emergency brigade activities and the business unit’s Safety and Hygiene Committee. Responsibilities focused on Environment: 1\.\- Know and oversee the implementation of applicable operational controls for routine and non-routine construction and office activities, per the business unit’s authorized environmental aspects and impacts matrix; examples of operational controls include: waste control logs, final disposal manifests, hazardous material storage logs, RPBI records, machinery and equipment maintenance programs, maintenance records and evidence, vehicle and machinery spill kit inspections, applicable permits, and records and forms used in each construction procedure and specific environmental procedures—each must be reviewed and validated by the Company’s specialist personnel, etc. 2\.\- Know and comply with the business unit’s environmental regulations. 3\.\- Know and oversee proper waste segregation according to the classification established in the business unit. 4\.\- Maintain order and cleanliness across all construction and office processes in the business unit. 5\.\- Participate in environmental training per the authorized training matrix, with attendance evidence and applicable passing evaluations within the business unit. 6\. Supervise compliance with environmental guidelines by strategic partners assigned to the business unit. 7\.\- Comply with applicable environmental laws, regulations, and requirements, per the business unit’s authorized regulatory requirements matrix. 8\.\- Support achievement of the business unit’s IMS environmental indicators. 9\.\- Contribute and support information delivery for weekly IMS reporting to the business unit’s IMS Project Management and Corporate IMS teams. Responsibilities focused on Quality: 1\.\- Know and continuously oversee quality control and assurance topics: verifying that field-used construction procedures are the latest versions and approving process execution; completing daily supervision reports; verifying valid calibration certificates and labels for used equipment; and ensuring that records and forms used in each construction procedure and specific quality control procedures are reviewed and validated by the Company’s specialist personnel, etc. 2\.\- Participate in quality control and assurance training per the authorized training matrix, with attendance evidence and applicable passing evaluations within the business unit. 3\.\- Supervise that equipment and materials received by the business unit meet the technical specifications requested by the Company and its strategic partners. 4\.\- Report any noncompliance or deviations from construction procedures, quality procedures, or document control to the IMS Project Management and Corporate IMS teams. 5\.\- Support timely information delivery to Quality Supervision for the weekly report on nonconformities, opportunities for improvement, and review commitments by the business unit’s management. 6\. Supervise compliance with environmental guidelines by strategic partners assigned to the business unit. 7\.\- Support achievement of the business unit’s IMS quality control indicators. Other position-specific activities: 1\. Execute routine operations on terminal equipment (pumps, electric motors, air compressors, storage tanks, flow meters, loading/unloading arms, etc.) at the Topolobampo Petroleum Terminal, including inspection, startup, shutdown, and taking equipment out of service for maintenance during their shift; 2\. Monitor and control equipment operational variables, open and/or close valves per established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain assigned operations within functional standards; 3\. Know and execute activities associated with different terminal facility operating modes; 4\. Participate in petroleum product transfer to and from tankers, acting as the responsible person for connecting/disconnecting loading/unloading arms at the dock during transfer; 5\. Execute pipeline and equipment pressurization, depressurization, inventorying, and de-inventorying activities; 6\. Execute additive injection, oxygenate blending with gasoline, diesel blending upon receipt, and laboratory testing for petroleum product quality control; 7\. Adjust operational variables
