Work for a company committed to the professional development and well-being of its employees. **Responsibilities:** * Knowledge of payroll preparation and calculation. * Experience in severance settlement and liquidation processes. * Knowledge of labor relations. * Proficiency in and application of the Internal Work Regulations (IWR). * Knowledge of applicable Mexican Official Standards (NOMs) in labor matters. * Manage recruitment and selection processes. * Support training activities and follow-up on training plans. * Maintain employee personnel files. * Basic knowledge of the Federal Labor Law. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Intermediate Excel preferred). * Assist in planning corporate events. * Skills: organization, confidentiality, attention to detail, and teamwork. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in human resources. * Familiarity with talent management tools. * Ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure. * Strong communication skills. **Benefits:** * We offer a collaborative work environment. * You will have opportunities for professional development.
