Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for operational monitoring and tracking, with analytical capability, handling of confidential information, and teamwork skills to respond to critical events. Key Points: 1. Analysis of indicators and monitoring of operational results 2. Handling of confidential information and high professional ethics 3. CCTV and GPS platform monitoring with event tracking Age: 24 to 35 years old. Education: Bachelor's degree in Quality Engineering, Logistics Engineering, or related field. Availability for rotating shifts with 24/7 coverage, including weekends and holidays throughout the year. Ability to work under pressure and respond to events in accordance with established procedures. Analysis of evaluation indicators and tracking of operational results. Response to emergency events according to established security protocols. Intermediate Excel and Google Drive skills (databases, filters, tables, and report generation). High level of professional ethics, responsibility, and commitment to operations. Appropriate handling of confidential and sensitive information. Ability to analyze information, track incidents, and accurately document events. Clear and effective communication, as well as ability to work in a team. Knowledge and use of GPS platforms, interpretation of alerts (e.g., route deviations, unauthorized stops, signal loss, panic button activation, etc.), and event tracking until cycle closure.
