Collaboration with internal and external teams Join IIPSA – Industrial Automation! IIPSA is currently seeking an Internal Sales Engineer to join our team in Los Mochis, Sinaloa. Job Objective Provide administrative and commercial support to the sales department, ensuring that quotations, orders, and customer follow-up are carried out promptly and efficiently, contributing to outstanding service delivery. Requirements Mechatronics, Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering degree. Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and quotation preparation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge in: -Industrial automation -Process instrumentation -Control systems -Shutoff valves -Technical English. Key Responsibilities -Prepare specifications, select equipment and products, and generate quotations based on information provided by Sales Engineers. -Follow up on orders, confirm receipt, and process purchase orders. -Enter orders into internal systems and platforms. -Develop commercial proposals and implement modifications as required. -Request order status and delivery timelines from suppliers and the procurement department. -Request technical support and guidance from the relevant department. -Maintain control and organization of quotations and orders. -Prepare and upload documentation for tender processes and quotation invitations. -Register new customers in the system. -Maintain consistent communication with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
