Position Summary: We are seeking an Architect or Civil Engineer to manage financial aspects, planning, execution, and administrative control of residential construction projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial and cost management of real estate projects. 2. Planning and execution of construction work with a focus on residential projects. 3. Administrative control and preparation of executive reports. A real estate company engaged in real estate development seeks an Architect or Civil Engineer for the following responsibilities. -Financial and Cost Management (Review, validate, and analyze weekly project cost reports). -Construction Planning and Execution (Plan and direct the technical scheduling of the project, ensuring progress aligns with the approved timeline). -Administrative Control and Reporting (Manage and validate construction estimates and billing processes, ensuring proper documentation of physical progress). -Prepare executive reports integrating physical, financial, and cost progress of the project. -Residential construction. -AutoCAD experience. -Requirements: Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree 5 years of experience Keywords: leader, head, manager, director, chief, lead, leadership, regent, execution
