Opportunity for growth within a developing company At Avika, we seek a **Technical Support Supervisor** who ensures the proper functioning of our systems, equipment, and networks across all our branches. You will be responsible for delivering timely technical support, maintaining our technological infrastructure, and ensuring business operational continuity. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide remote and on-site technical support (hardware, software, and networks) * Efficiently diagnose and resolve technical issues * Manage support tickets and service requests * Monitor POS systems (Oracle, Soft Restaurant, ABC Soft) * Track and manage computer equipment inventory * Perform data backups and ensure data integrity * Configure and support networks, printers, and IP telephony * Manage preventive and corrective maintenance * Train users on systems and best practices * Implement information security measures **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred) * Experience: Minimum 1 year in technical support * Valid driver’s license (preferred) **Technical Knowledge in:** * Remote support tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer) * Networking (TCP/IP, WiFi) * Hardware maintenance * Operating systems * Microsoft Office * Databases **Skills** * Customer-oriented attitude * Problem-solving ability * Sense of urgency * Organizational skills * Initiative **We Offer** * Weekly salary payment * Punctuality bonus * Daily meals at no cost * Uniforms * Discounts on employee consumption **Work Schedule** * Tuesday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Saturday: 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. * Sunday: 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Day off: Monday **What We Are Looking For** A proactive, organized individual focused on problem-solving, eager to grow alongside a continuously developing company.
