




Position Summary: Ensure execution of production plans and operational discipline by managing human and material resources, as well as production factors (6 M's). Key Highlights: 1. Technical support and assurance of production compliance Ensure execution of production plans and operational discipline through proper management of assigned human and material resources, as well as production factors (6 M's: Raw Materials, Labor, Machinery, Metrics, Methods, Environment). * Administration and follow-up to achieve QCDP objectives * Implementation of the productivity problem rapid response system * Ensure appropriate use of Oracle * Lead participation in, and analysis and resolution of, problems * Human resource management * Provision of necessary resources for operations, as well as technical support to operators * Verification of shift start-ups * Validation and handover coordination during shift changes * Completion of production reports * Validation of process handovers * Technical support to operators and technicians * Payroll administration and follow-up * Support during HOS implementation phases * Assurance of compliance with the production schedule * Coordination of the production schedule * Compliance with applicable HSE procedures for this position according to the HSE responsibility matrix. * Compliance with and enforcement of safety policy and Internal Work Regulations * Follow-up on operator training programs * Participation in Continuous Improvement activities * Maintenance of the work area according to Visual Factory and 5S standards * Serving as an internal instructor for training functions * Compliance with ISO/TS standards and procedures YOU MUST HAVE * Education: Engineering or Bachelor’s degree * 2–3 years of experience in personnel management and team integration * Experience in manufacturing processes * Experience in CNC machining, lathes, laser cutting, welding, bending, rolling, painting, or assembly processes WE VALUE * Intermediate spoken and conversational English * Knowledge of Production Management, Process Control, and Personnel Management * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD * Problem analysis tools * Knowledge of lean manufacturing * Familiarity with Kanban and material flow systems * Inventory max/min management * Leadership skills * Conflict resolution * Training in 5S and Safety & Hygiene Honeywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition.
